Cancellation Policy

Elevation Cleans – Terms & Conditions of Service Effective Date: 01/05/2025 These Terms & Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by Elevation Cleans, operated by Rebecca Draycott, a sole trader operating in and around Liverpool, UK. By booking a service, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. Services Provided Elevation Cleans provides the following services: Monthly Cleaning - Prices start from £150 Deep Cleaning - Prices start from £200 I politely request to view all homes to discuss your requirements and assess the amount of work involved before providing a full detailed quote and breakdown of services. All services include the use of professional cleaning products and materials, except for vacuums and mops, which must be provided by the client to avoid cross-contamination and allergy issues. Services Not Provided For health, hygiene, and operational reasons, Elevation Cleans does not provide the following services: Removal or cleaning of pet or human faeces or urine Decluttering or tidying of heavily cluttered spaces Handling of waste unless appropriate provisions are made (e.g., a replacement bin liner is supplied) External window cleaning Removal of large or hazardous items The property must be in a relatively tidy state upon arrival to allow effective cleaning. If the property is not suitably prepared, Elevation Cleans reserves the right to adjust the service scope without a refund. Access Requirements Clients are expected to: Either vacate the premises during the cleaning session or remain in a single room. Ensure pets are contained in a non-cleaning area, removed from the property, or kept with the owner if present. Provide clear and safe access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access cannot be gained at the agreed time (e.g. no key left, client not home), this will be treated as a late cancellation (see Section 5 Cancellations & Rescheduling). Health & Safety For health protection: Clients must notify Elevation Cleans if anyone in the home has a contagious illness (e.g. norovirus, flu) at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the session will be cancelled and 50–100% of the fee will apply depending on timing (see Section 5). I am unable to clean properties where there is an infestation (e.g. rodents, fleas).
